Multimodal transportation

The efficiency of multimodal transportation lies in lower delivery mul1costs and minimum transit time. Multimodal transportation is the transportation of goods performed by at least two different means of transport: road, sea, railway, and air. “Road-sea-railway-road” or “road-sea-road” is the most frequently used combination.
